Job Summary

1. Handling of Account Opening and related activities pertaining to the Branch

Will handle end-to-end processing of the Account Opening forms and other transactions (as

listed below) originating at the branch including scrutiny, data entry, scanning, banking etc.

a. Trading & Demat

b. PMS Accounts

c. Offline Transactions

d. PMS related transactions

e. KYC

f. DIS Request

g. DIS Execution

h. DRF Execution

i. Modification Requests

j. Banking Activities

k. Demat Holding Statement Requests

l. Account Statement Requests

m. Issues / Complaints

2. Employee Co-ordination

Will be a single point Operations contact for all the employees in the branch i.e. Relationship

Managers & Account Managers.
