Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve business goals and high-quality customer service standards.
- Take ownership of all branch banking objectives including deposit mobilization, loan disbursement, and cross-selling of banking products.
- Drive the branch's profitability by generating new business and enhancing revenue streams.
- Manage Key Customer Relationships and supervise programs targeting High Net Worth (HNI) clients to maximize retention and growth.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review and analyze branch operations reports, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to banking rules, regulations, and internal policies to maintain operational compliance.
- Coordinate with other bank departments to streamline branch operations and improve service delivery.
- Monitor day-to-day branch operations including cash management, security, and staff productivity.
Candidate Profile :
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the banking sector.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.Ability to drive sales and meet targets in a competitive banking environment.In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Skills Required
