We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Operations Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in branch operations.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving complaints and queries promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and promote growth.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
Strong knowledge of banking operations, including cash handling and financial regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and staff.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.Skills Required
