Job Description : We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as International Semi & chat Customer Support Executives with Excellent communication.
Fresher : - 3lpa - 18000 / - The experience - 3.6lpa - 22500 / - TH
Eligibility Criteria :
- Fresher or any BPO related experience. (10+2 undergraduates can apply)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities :
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats with a focus on providing excellent customer service.Resolve customer queries related to products / services offered by the company.Work in an international call center environment with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones.Develop strong communication skills to effectively handle complex customer issues.Meet performance targets set by the organization.Perks and benefits :
