Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards
- Follow communication scripts and procedures where applicable
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction
