Finance Internship in Pune

As a Finance Intern at Global Hires India, you will work closely with the CFO and Finance Director, gaining exposure to a broad range of financial functions and strategic projects.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Support the CFO and Finance Director in day-to-day financial operations and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in M&A Consultancy activities, including :
• Buy-side company screening and market research.
• Preparation of investment teasers, pitch decks, and due diligence reports.
• Support in valuation analysis and financial modeling for potential acquisitions and investments.
• Contribute to FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) activities such as :
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• Cost analysis and performance tracking.
• Preparation of monthly financial reports and management dashboards.
