Cuebo is building AI agents that transform how sales teams hire, onboard, and operate—through AI Roleplay, automated assessments, and deep sales intelligence.
We’re hiring a Head of Client Strategy & Operations to lead client delivery, drive measurable sales impact, and build Cuebo’s customer-facing operations from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone with a management consulting mindset—structured, analytical, client-obsessed, and highly entrepreneurial.
What you’ll do
End-to-end ownership of enterprise clients across onboarding, adoption, value delivery, renewals, and expansions.
Partner with CXOs and Sales Leaders to solve problems across onboarding efficiency, rep performance, and revenue impact using Cuebo’s AI capabilities.
Design scalable client operations, including success playbooks, QBR frameworks, health scoring models, and automated reporting systems.
Convert client insights into product direction, working closely with product and engineering teams.
Analyze user engagement and sales patterns, surfacing insights to drive measurable business outcomes.
Build and optimize Cuebo’s Client Strategy & Ops engine—processes, metrics, dashboards, and best practices.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a growing team as Cuebo scales.
What We’re Looking For :
2–5 years in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or Analytics.
MBA preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
High ownership mindset : proactive, structured, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision.
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
Bonus : Experience with SaaS, GenAI, sales enablement, contact centers, or L&D solutions.
