Cuebo is building AI agents that transform how sales teams hire, onboard, and operate—through AI Roleplay, automated assessments, and deep sales intelligence.
We're hiring a Head of Client Strategy & Operations to lead client delivery, drive measurable sales impact, and build Cuebo's customer-facing operations from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone with a management consulting mindset—structured, analytical, client-obsessed, and highly entrepreneurial.
What you'll do
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise clients across onboarding, adoption, value delivery, renewals, and expansions.
- Partner with CXOs and Sales Leaders to solve problems across onboarding efficiency, rep performance, and revenue impact using Cuebo's AI capabilities.
- Design scalable client operations, including success playbooks, QBR frameworks, health scoring models, and automated reporting systems.
- Convert client insights into product direction, working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Analyze user engagement and sales patterns, surfacing insights to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Build and optimize Cuebo's Client Strategy & Ops engine—processes, metrics, dashboards, and best practices.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a growing team as Cuebo scales.
What We're Looking For :
2–5 years in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or Analytics.MBA preferred.Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.High ownership mindset : proactive, structured, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision.Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.Bonus : Experience with SaaS, GenAI, sales enablement, contact centers, or L&D solutions.Why Cuebo
