Our inspection division ensures that quality standards are maintained during redevelopment and construction projects , offering comprehensive checks at every stage and material testing through ISO 17025 and NABL-accredited laboratories .

We are expanding our inspection services across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region , focusing on cooperative housing societies and redevelopment projects .

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and target cooperative housing societies undergoing or planning redevelopment projects.
• Conduct client meetings, cold calls, and site visits to promote inspection services.
• Present Markek's inspection solutions to society committees and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align services with client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales and interactions.
• Stay updated with market trends in redevelopment and construction.
