Strong knowledge in Financial Planning, Performance, Analytics, Cost Management, Internal Controls, and Strategic Financial Management. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning interactive. Passion for teaching and student success.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced US CMA Faculty / Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, mentoring students, and ensuring effective learning outcomes for aspiring Certified Management Accountants (CMA).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures for US CMA Part I & Part II papers as per IMA curriculum.
- Guide students through exam strategies, problem-solving approaches, and concept clarity.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions, mock tests, and performance reviews.
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback to support exam readiness.
- Stay updated with latest CMA exam patterns, IMA guidelines, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to enhance the overall learning experience.
