Role Summary :
The Trainer – Program Development will be responsible for designing, structuring, and customizing training programs for different departments, with a strong focus on the FMCG and Retail sector . This role will ensure the creation of impactful learning modules aligned with organizational goals, enhancing employee capabilities across corporate and retail operations. The trainer will play a key role in building a skilled workforce capable of meeting the fast-paced demands of FMCG and retail industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop training programs, modules, and curriculum tailored to departmental, organizational, and FMCG / Retail business needs .
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with stakeholders across both corporate and retail teams.
- Prepare training materials, handouts, and digital content outlines relevant to FMCG and retail operations.
- Deliver pilot sessions to test effectiveness and gather feedback, ensuring adaptability to the dynamic retail environment.
- Continuously update training programs based on industry trends, FMCG best practices, and evolving business requirements.
- Track program outcomes, measure effectiveness in retail & FMCG contexts, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).3–5 years of experience in training design and development, preferably within FMCG and Retail sectors .Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to analyze training needs, particularly in retail store operations and FMCG workforce management, and convert them into structured programs.Skills Required
