Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for employees across various levels and functions
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and job aids
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop targeted training solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
- Stay up-to-date with training trends and best practices
