Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Trainer, preferably in a contact center setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to captivate and inspire an audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement training programs that emphasize patient-centered care, empathy, and effective communication in a Contact Center set-up.Create engaging training materials tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities within a healthcare environment.Integrate real-life patient stories and scenarios into training to promote practical learning.Make learning a blast with interactive sessions that bring out the best in patient-focused care.Conduct workshops and training sessions focused on enhancing healthcare professionals abilities to provide compassionate and empathetic care.Bring empathy to life through role-playing and scenario-based learning that will leave a lasting impression.Design and deliver training modules that enhance communication skills while maintaining a patient-focused approach.Conduct periodic Training Needs Analysis to identify skills gap and come up with effective solutions and Training plans for the same.Analyze training effectiveness and make continuous improvements based on feedback and results.Location : Phoenix Market City- Kurla (Mumbai)
Week Off : Sunday Fixed Off (6 days working)
Shift : 9-6 pm / 10-7pm
Salary : up to 8 LPA
