We are looking for a Mumbai-based Master Sales Trainer

Job Title : Master Trainer ( Sales)

Location : Mumbai

Working Days : 5 Days a Week

Local language preferred

CTC : Up to 8.5 LPA

Preference

o Experience in Telecom or Enterprise / B2B solutions in any domain

Profile Requirements :

Experience :

o 10+ years of overall professional experience.

o 6+ years of experience in Training and Development (L&D).

o 3+ years of experience in Sales Training.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct face-to-face (F2F) Training sessions with target audiences.

Training Schedule – Plan and prepare monthly schedules with the PMs

Action Plans - Develop and implement tailored action plans for each learner under your training.

Training Documentation - Update the training sheet and maintain regular training records for each trainee.

Report Management - Share progress reports and dashboards with stakeholders to track and communicate development outcomes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and maintaining detailed records.

Ability to mentor and coach individuals in a structured and results-oriented manner.
