We are seeking an experienced Trainer to lead our training initiatives for our CRM product / application. This role goes beyond training delivery, as it involves managing a team of junior trainers and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive adoption and learning effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong background in software training methodologies, and stakeholder management, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer across internal teams, customers, and partners.
Role & responsibilities
- Deliver structured CRM training programs for Employees, Clients, Partners, Open Market through various formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning)
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-4 junior trainers, ensuring consistency and quality in training delivery.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Assess training effectiveness through surveys, analytics, and feedback loops, continuously improving training strategies.
- Standardize training workflows, enhance LMS usage, and introduce innovative learning methodologies.
- Stay updated on CRM product updates and industry trends to enhance training content.
- Develop / maintain training content roadmap for different product modules and processes.
- Manage day-to-day training operations.
- Develop / maintain supplementary training including reading material, assignments and exercises.
Preferred Skills :
7+ years of experience in training, with at least 2 years in a Senior training role.Experience in managing training teams, setting performance goals, and coaching trainers.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Proficiency with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and webinar software.Proficiency in Business processes and user adoption strategies.Knowledge of Content Management Systems and open-source authoring tools (Markdown and HTML experience preferred).Expertise in tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook with proficiency.Prior experience in customer training, sales enablement, or technical training for enterprise SaaS products.Familiarity with Enterprise CRM platforms.Skills Required
