Job Description :
Were looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales & Business Development professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to deal closure and relationship management.
Youll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the crane and heavy engineering segment .
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, client visits, and market mapping .
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Conduct sales presentations, demos, and site visits to explain technical and commercial aspects.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for management review.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelors degree (Engineering or Business preferred).Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B industrial or equipment sales (Crane / Material Handling preferred).Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.Why Join Us :
