Sales Leader - IT

Job descriptionLead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives. Develop and execute effective sales strategies for both agency sales and direct sales channels. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the IT sector. Drive sales negotiations and close deals while maintaining strong client satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company offerings. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management. Mentor and train sales team members to enhance their skills and performance. 10 to 15 years of experience in IT sales, with significant exposure to agency and direct sales. Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams. Strong knowledge of the IT industry and sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus. Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
