Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is dedicated to providing credit provisioning to deserving micro-entrepreneurs to enhance their lives and the community they live in.
The Company targets the missing middle segment not effectively served by the formal financial system.
Vistaar focuses on providing customized financial products aligned to the needs of Micro and Small enterprises on key dimensions such as loan size, repayment frequency, tenor, and security.

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd in APTS, Maharashtra.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills.

Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of financial products and services.

Bachelor's / PG degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is a plus
