Responsibilities and Duties :
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, such as distributors or resellers for different states PAN India.
- Develop and execute joint business plans, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with partners to promote and sell.
- Develop and implement channel partner onboarding and offboarding, including agreements, documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.
- Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions. Analyse partner performance, providing feedback and support to improve results.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the medical device industry to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Manage the dealers and coordinate with all the new / existing dealers.
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel Partners.
- Provide support and guidance to channel partners on product and solution offerings.
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
