Role Overview :
We're looking for a Channel Sales Manager who can build, scale, and manage a high-performing partner network that drives subscriptions and revenue growth for our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners / agents / distributors in assigned territories.
- Train and motivate partners to achieve daily retailer onboarding & sales targets.
- Design and execute channel incentive programs to maximize partner productivity.
- Drive partner teams to achieve high-volume sales closures (targeting 5+ deals per partner per day).
- Build strong relationships with key partners to ensure loyalty and long-term collaboration.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and optimize strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to support channel sales initiatives.
Requirements :
5–8 years in Channel / Agency / B2B SaaS / SMB or Retail Tech Sales.Proven track record of building and scaling a partner ecosystem in high-volume sales environments.Strong understanding of SMB / Retail segment and channel-driven GTM models.Excellent people skills with ability to train, motivate, and manage partner networks.Highly target-oriented with a hustler mindset and data-driven decision-making.What We Offer :
