Our suite— company (cross-border payments), (documentation & compliance automation), and (trade finance)—helps MSMEs and mid-market businesses manage end-to-end International trade workflows with ease, transparency, and compliance. We work closely with banks, ERPs, marketplaces, and logistics players to help Indian businesses grow globally.

ole Overview

We are looking for Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Lead to expand our partner ecosystem across ERPs, payment companies, logistic providers, and other trade-tech enablers.

This role is ideal for someone who has built B2B partnerships, understands API-first products, and enjoys building win-win commercial + product relationship.

You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to build and execute companies partner strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritise strategic partners across ERP platform, marketplaces, logistics & Payment Players
  • Build clear integration + commercial frameworks with partners
  • Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle- outreach – negotiation-contracting -GTM
  • Design GTM models : co-sell, co-market, reseller, embedded workflows
  • Build API-led integration journeys with product & tech teams
  • Structure commercial i & revenue-linked models
  • Own partner relationship : onboarding- activation -scale up
  • Maintain partner pipeline & reporting dashboards
  • Execute co-marketing initiatives (webinars, events, case studies)
  • Analyse competitors and market landscape for opportunities

Requirements

Must-Have :

  • 5–10 years in B2B Partnerships / Alliances
  • Experience with ERPs, fintechs, PSPs, banks
  • Understanding of API-led technical workflows
  • Strong communication & negotiation
  • Cross-functional team collaboration
  • Relationship-building & executive presence
  • Good-to-Have :

  • Channel sales experience
  • Prior startup experience
