Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive & Business Development Managers to join our Non-IT Staffing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates for client requirements.
You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient placement of candidates. Your expertise in sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and coordinating with both clients and candidates will play a crucial role in the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for various non-IT roles based on client specifications.
Coordinate and set up interviews between candidates and clients.
Collaborate with clients to fully understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with candidates and recruitment progress.
Provide timely updates to clients regarding candidate status and feedback.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Prior experience in Non-IT staffing / recruitment, product sales, EdTech, or any B2B sector.
Strong ability to screen resumes, conduct interviews, and match candidates with client needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
