Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Meet or exceed sales objectives at the enterprise level.
- Lead execution of overall go-to-market strategy involving business growth accountability, customer and partner engagement, marketing, and demand generation plans.
- Help shape the future of how technology is used in the workplace as part of an entrepreneurial team.
- Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required.
- Deliver value by communicating the benefits of WovVTech products and services.
- Establish and nurture senior-level relationships built on trust, develop client champions, and identify key stakeholders.
- Act as the client's day-to-day strategic advisor, understanding business challenges and communicating positive business outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, professional services, product development, training, and support) to support contract renewals and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Drive adoption and usage of new products and features across multiple business units, teams, and markets.
- Proactively support clients and increase engagement levels through monthly follow-ups.
- Plan and implement channel partner strategies for products and services.
- Identify new revenue generation and alliance opportunities.
- Report weekly / monthly performance and provide accurate forecasting.
- Create client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews.
- Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Participate in national and international IT business events, presenting company services and converting opportunities into business.
