Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives at the enterprise level .
  • Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies , ensuring alignment with business growth goals, partner engagement, marketing efforts, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Work closely with a fast-paced entrepreneurial team to shape the future of tech adoption in the workplace.
  • Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Deliver value by clearly communicating the benefits of WovVTech's products and services .
  • Build and nurture senior-level client relationships and develop internal champions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients by understanding their challenges and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure client retention through cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, support, and delivery teams.
  • Drive product adoption and usage across different business units and customer ecosystems.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Plan and implement channel partner strategies for increased reach and market penetration.
  • Explore and develop new revenue streams and alliance opportunities .
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting of weekly / monthly performance and forecasts.
  • Prepare compelling presentations, proposals , and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) .
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify business trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Represent the company at national and international IT events , converting engagements into business opportunities.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in SaaS product sales or IT services field sales (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated success in selling solutions to enterprise-level customers , particularly SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills , with a professional and consultative sales approach.
  • A customer-first attitude with the ability to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction .
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across India and abroad as needed.
  • Exceptional time management and planning skills.
  • Detail-oriented, ethical, organized, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Highly data-driven , with the ability to analyze trends and translate insights into actions.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment .
