Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate, qualify, and close opportunities through the entire sales cycle
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers to understand business challenges and present tailored technology solutions
- Lead strategy sessions with clients to identify pain points and match them with relevant service offerings
- Create and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations aligned with customer goals and strategic initiatives
- Maintain high responsiveness to both existing and potential customer needs
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets consistently
- Leverage a deep understanding of enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, and application environments
- Utilize data and metrics to guide sales decisions and evaluate patterns for improved future performance
- Support customer retention and satisfaction through clear, consistent communication and proactive problem solving
- Drive demand generation through digital channels including email, social media, virtual meetings, blogs, etc.
Requirements :
Minimum 10+ years of experience in consultative selling of technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise customersStrong understanding of Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS capabilitiesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasExperience managing full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closureStrategic mindset with the ability to take a holistic view of the customer's business and pain pointsStrong communication , presentation , and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders through data-driven proposals and insightsFamiliarity with sales intelligence platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsProven ability to adapt and evolve approaches to achieve better outcomesHistory of continuous learning and professional developmentSelf-motivated, proactive, and passionate about success and client impactBachelor's degree preferredSkills Required
