Hiresquad Resources is searching for an experienced Business Software Solution Sales Manager with a strong background in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain . If you possess 8-12 years of 'hunting' experience, specializing in selling cutting-edge Martech, CDP, Analytics, AI, and CX solutions to C-level executives within at least two financial verticals, you'll be pivotal in driving our client's global sales strategy.
Role as Sales Lead of BFSI Business
- You will create a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and plan for the company's solutions tailored for retail financial services. Your goal will be to build a strong, credible client list.
- You'll be directly responsible for selling the company's AI for CX and Customer Lifetime Value Management solutions globally , with an initial emphasis on India, the Middle East, and South Asia.
- You will drive all activities of the sales cycle , from identification of opportunities to closure and contracting, with support from the Business Head and Global Sales Head.
- You will leverage your existing relationships and network, and actively develop new relationships with C-level executives (CBO, CMO, Servicing Head, Care Head) within target customer organizations.
- A key part of your role will be to develop a compelling, value-selling pitch specifically designed for the BFSI market.
- You will also be responsible for developing opportunity-specific partners or channels when necessary to maximize reach and impact.
Qualifications
Sales Experience : Minimum of 8+ years of experience selling technology solutions into retail financial services, including Banks, Insurance, and Fintech companies in the Middle East and South Asia (including India).Domain Expertise : Must have a strong background in selling solutions such as Martech, CDP (Customer Data Platforms), Analytics, AI (Artificial Intelligence), and CX (Customer Experience) .Vertical Exposure : You must have a proven track record of selling in at least two of the following verticals : Insurance, Securities (Capital Markets), Lending, Retail Banks, or NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies).Enterprise Solutions : Substantial experience in selling enterprise solutions in areas related to Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Data Management, and Customer Analytics.Industry Knowledge : Aware and informed about the latest trends in the industry, including Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation.Commercial Acumen : Strong understanding of commercials, contracts, and the ability to negotiate sustainably profitable commercial terms and conditions.Skills
Networking : Proven ability to leverage and develop strong connections with CXOs of major banks and Fintechs in the region.Partner Development : The ability to build a robust partner network in the pertinent regions.Leadership : The ability to build and lead a robust BFSI sales team over time.Strategic Thinking : Strong capability in creating and executing Go-To-Market strategies.Communication & Negotiation : Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with C-level executives and closing complex deals.Problem-Solving : Proven experience in identifying client needs and positioning complex software solutions effectively.Ready to lead sales for transformative BFSI solutions
