Role Overview

Location : Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support : Assist in the full recruitment process, from job posting to final offer.
• Interview Participation : Conduct resume screening and participate in second interviews when needed, offering valuable input during these interviews based on OPQ personality assessments.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience from the initial contact through to successful onboarding.
• Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and optimize recruitment processes.
• Event Organization : Organize and execute recruitment events such as job fairs, tailored to meet specific operational needs and to improve company visibility and candidate attraction.
• Onboarding : Accountable for local new employee day.
• Reporting : Regularly update and consult with the Talent Acquisition Head of MEIA and other stakeholders on recruitment metrics, market conditions, and potential process enhancements.
