Key Responsibilities :

• External Recruitment :  Support hiring efforts to attract and retain top talent for Aspire's clients, particularly in the Non-IT sector.
• Collaborate with hiring managers  to define hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
