Conduct interviews at multiple stages of the hiring process including initial screening, first-round, and second-round interviews.Vendor and Agency Management
Build and maintain effective relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support hiring needs.Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
Track and analyze recruitment data and metrics to ensure data integrity in systems and provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders for informed decision-making.KPI Delivery and Continuous Improvement
Consistently meet Talent Acquisition KPIs and contribute to process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.HR Transformation and Projects
Contribute to the development and implementation of new Talent Acquisition tools, systems, and ways of working as part of HR transformation initiatives. Act as a change agent in your region.Requirements :
Proven experience as an internal recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally within a multinational IT environmentDeep understanding of managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for both high-volume and niche / specialist IT rolesProficiency with HR databases, ATS (preferably SuccessFactors), CMSs, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn RecruiterStrong interviewing experience and familiarity with diverse assessment methodologiesAbility to quickly build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and candidates (often in virtual settings)Skilled in data tracking and reporting to support business-aligned recruitment strategiesExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; additional language(s) is a plusStrong organizational, prioritization, and agile working skillsPositive attitude toward change and continuous improvement mindsetSkills Required
