Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through active networking, resume database searching, internet mining, social media, professional associations, cold calling, placing job posting, and creative sourcing methods
• Establish and maintain candidate database of pre-qualified candidates to meet current and anticipated business needs
• Perform follow-ups with HR managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and strategy implementation
• Ensure minimum requirements are met for position postings
• Participate in the interview and selection process by making recommendations on candidate suitability for positions

Job Requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Shift : Working window 11 am to 10 pm (Any 9 hour)

Weekly offs : 2 (1 rotational and 1 fixed Sunday off
