Job Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates through active networking, resume database searching, internet mining, social media, professional associations, cold calling, placing job posting, and creative sourcing methods
- Establish and maintain candidate database of pre-qualified candidates to meet current and anticipated business needs
- Perform follow-ups with HR managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and strategy implementation
- Ensure minimum requirements are met for position postings
- Participate in the interview and selection process by making recommendations on candidate suitability for positions
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in sourcing / recruitingDemonstrated prioritization and organization skills, with ability to effectively meet daily, weekly and monthly targetsUnderstanding of behavioral interviewing techniquesFlexible to work for any 9 hours in 11 : 00 am to 10 : 00 pm work windowProficient in Microsoft OfficePreferred candidate profile
Shift : Working window 11 am to 10 pm (Any 9 hour)
Weekly offs : 2 (1 rotational and 1 fixed Sunday off
