Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly experienced CEO – Operations & Maintenance (OEM) to lead O&M operations, drive efficiency, ensure reliability, and manage business growth in the solar sector. The role requires strong technical expertise, strategic leadership, and proven experience in P&L management, supply chain, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Define and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Operational Oversight : Manage daily O&M operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Maintenance & Reliability : Develop proactive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and maximize asset performance.
Safety & Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, ESG norms, and safety protocols.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities and implement process improvements for productivity and cost optimization.
Stakeholder Management : Build strong client relationships and align internal stakeholders to company goals.
Business Growth : Drive expansion through partnerships, alliances, and new markets.
Financial Performance : Achieve revenue targets, maintain margins, and ensure financial sustainability.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Education : Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Production).
Preferred : MBA / PGDM in Strategy or Operations.
Experience : 15–20 years of progressive leadership in operations & maintenance.
Industry Preference : Solar, Railways, Telecom, CM Kusum Component.
Requirements
Requirements : Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering (as per industry). Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit, SolidWorks, or other design tools is a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
