Role Overview

The Manager - CEO Office (Strategy) acts as an internal consultant, advising the CEO and other executives on high-priority strategic initiatives. This role bridges the CEO's vision with daily operations and long-term planning, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving Strategic Initiatives : Oversee annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic plans; act as a bridge between CEO and leadership.
• Market & Business Analysis : Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and business opportunities; provide actionable insights.
• Executing Special Projects : Manage mission-critical projects (M&A, partnerships, new product development, expansion).
• Tracking Performance : Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; prepare reports / dashboards for senior management.
• Preparing High-Level Presentations : Develop materials for board meetings, investor briefings, and internal strategy sessions.
• Improving Operational Efficiency : Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Ensuring Communication Alignment : Act as liaison between CEO's office and departments to ensure strategic clarity and Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field (required).
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree Post-MBA experience or up to 10 years overall professional experience.
• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Experience in high-growth / fast-paced tech startup (preferred).
