Role Overview :
- We are seeking a visionary Chief Business Officer (CBO) to own and drive the complete business charter for our SaaS platform. This is not a product role; it is a pure-play business leadership mandate with full P&L ownership. The CBO will spearhead subscription-driven growth, lead market expansion (India + global), and architect the path from 0-1 to 1-100 scale.
- This role is designed for a highly entrepreneurial leader with proven experience in building and scaling SaaS businesses, who understands the influencer ecosystem and can navigate the intersection of brand needs, creator dynamics, and SaaS metrics.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Leadership & Strategy :
Define, own, and execute the business growth strategy across India and international markets.Lead subscription revenue growth, ensuring strong MRR / ARR, retention, and churn metrics.Build go-to-market models for D2C, agencies, and enterprise clients.P&L Ownership :
Full accountability for business profitability, unit economics, and sustainable scale.Drive commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization.Market Expansion & Growth :
Establish Cre8r.ai as a category-defining SaaS platform in influencer analytics.Drive global market entry through strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution.Champion adoption among brands, agencies, and D2C businesses.Team & Leadership :
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales, partnerships, and growth team.Establish processes, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to drive accountability and scale.Investor & Stakeholder Management :
Collaborate closely with the founding team on fundraising, board updates, and investor relations.Represent the company as a thought leader in the influencer economy and SaaS ecosystem.Ideal Profile :
Education : MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIM / ISB or global equivalent) strongly 10-12 years of experience in business leadership, growth, or general management roles.
Proven track record of building and scaling subscription-based SaaS platforms.Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, digital marketing, or martech landscape.Experience in P&L management, revenue scaling, and international expansion.Leadership DNA :
