Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Assistant Manager Channel Sales.
- The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with channel partners, driving sales through these channels, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, training and supporting channel partners, and developing sales strategies to enhance channel performance.
- We are looking for candidates who hold strong experience in B2B Channel Partnership.
- SaaS Business with strong analytical skills, a passion for business development, and the ability to build and nurture partner relationships and someone who has spent a good stint in his previous assignments
- You will be responsible for managing a network of channel partners to drive New Acquisitions and Renewals .
- Your focus will be on Partner Acquisition & relationship management, sales growth and retention strategies to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- You will be responsible to Identify, Onboard, and Manage Channel Partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive New Logo Acquisitions & Renewals Business : By managing the complete customer lifecycle through channel partners and delivering Monthly & Quarterly targets.Channel Partner Onboarding & Management : Build and nurture Pan-India Partner relationships to drive user acquisition .Sales & Performance Tracking : Track renewal % & revenue retention ,New Logo Acquisitions and partner performance with certain metrics to ensure top growth.Data-Driven Insights : Use analytics to reduce churn, identify upsell potential, and improve processes.Process Optimization : Design scalable workflows to enhance partner productivity, customer retention, and renewal efficiency.Who Were Looking For :
Experience : 4- 6 years Specifically in B2B SaaS channel partnerships, sales, or business development, with measurable success in new logo acquisition and renewals.Business Acumen : Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, channel economics, and partner enablement best practices.Analytical Ability : Skilled at using data & metrics to drive decision-making, forecast revenue, and improve processes.Relationship Builder : Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to foster long-term, high-trust partnerships.Execution Focus : Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets.(ref : iimjobs.com)
