Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management and Engagement
- Build and maintain robust professional relationships with both prospective new clients and existing portfolio accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a consistently high level of client satisfaction and continuous engagement.
- Represent the organization with confidence and professionalism in all interactions and communications.
- Needs Assessment and Solution Offering
- Actively engage with clients to deeply understand their business needs and strategic challenges.
- Analyze client requirements and effectively offer appropriate solutions aligned with Spectral Consultants' core services.
- Maintain meticulous client communication records and follow-ups within the CRM system to ensure continuity and excellent service.
- Business Development and Growth
- Support business development initiatives and actively contribute to the company's growth targets.
- Identify new opportunities within the existing client base and prospective markets.
- Experience : Mandatory 2-4 years of experience in client relationship management, sales support, or business development.
- Education : Mandatory Postgraduate degree (MBA).
- Qualities : Must be confident, proactive, and client-focused with a positive attitude.
- Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to engage with clients and support business growth.
