Job Description (Relationship Manager) :
- Acquire new clients through prospecting, networking, references, and open market.
- Sell mutual fund and investment products, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and institutions.
- Liaise with investors, banks, and partners to promote targeted schemes.
- Coordinate with branches, circle offices, and regional teams for business growth.
- Organize and conduct Investor Awareness Programs and client engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in existing accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
