Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide financial advice and recommend appropriate investment products.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand financial goals and requirements.
  • Stay updated on stock market trends, equities, derivatives, and related products.
  • Drive sales and revenue targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Support branch operations and contribute to smooth day-to-day processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Required Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of stock market operations, equities, and financial products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with proven negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Education & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors and Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA, CFP) will be an added 2 to 5 years of experience in broking, financial services, or wealth management.
  • Demonstrated ability in client servicing and achieving sales targets.
  • Prior exposure to managing client portfolios is preferred
