Role Profile : Client Manager – Account Mining (IT Services)

Reports to : Head of Client Success / Sales Director

Role Objective :

As a Client Manager – Account Mining , you will be the strategic liaison and single point of contact (SPOC) for key clients. Your primary focus will be nurturing long-term relationships, uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities (account mining), and ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients within our IT services business.
