Job Title : Relationship Manager – FIG
Location-Gurugram / Faridabad / Delhi-NCR / Haryana

Job Purpose :
To acquire, manage, and grow relationships with Financial Institutions (NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs, Insurance Companies, SFBs, Payment Banks, Brokers, etc.) and drive revenue through lending, liability, and transaction banking solutions while ensuring portfolio quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire and manage relationships with FIG clients such as NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs, Fintechs, Insurance firms, and other regulated entities.
- Source and structure lending proposals (Term Loans, Working Capital, Co-lending, Assignment / DA).
- Grow the FIG portfolio through cross-selling of CASA, CMS, Transaction Banking, Treasury, and Investment products.
- Work closely with the credit team to prepare proposals, ensure due diligence, and maintain portfolio hygiene.
- Monitor client performance, regulatory developments, and sectoral risks; ensure compliance with RBI guidelines.
- Drive profitability through fee income, liability growth, and optimized capital usage.
- Maintain strong market intelligence and build relationships with senior stakeholders in client organizations.
Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.4–10 years of experience in FIG / Wholesale Banking / NBFC lending roles.Good understanding of NBFC / HFC business models, securitization / DA, co-lending, and regulatory frameworks.Strong credit assessment, structuring, and relationship management skills.
