Email Marketing Specialist - Digital Agency

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in crafting, executing, and optimizing impactful email campaigns that drive client objectives and enhance audience engagement. You'll leverage your expertise in various email marketing platforms and database segmentation to deliver highly targeted campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and internal teams from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Email Platform Management : Demonstrate comprehensive proficiency and hands-on experience with various Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms, including but not limited to Netcore EMM and Octane . This involves setting up campaigns, managing templates, configuring automation workflows, and troubleshooting any platform-specific issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Database Segmentation and Targeting : Apply advanced knowledge in segmenting client databases to create highly specific and effective target audiences for email campaigns. You'll analyze audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to maximize campaign relevance and conversion rates.
• Client Communication and Coordination : Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding email marketing initiatives. This includes gathering campaign requirements, providing updates on progress, addressing feedback, and ensuring that all email executions align perfectly with client expectations and marketing strategies.
• Campaign Execution and Optimization : Oversee the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, from scheduling and deployment to monitoring performance. You'll continuously analyze campaign metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement A / B tests or other optimization strategies to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Performance Reporting : Generate detailed reports on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams. You'll translate complex data into actionable strategies for future campaigns.
