We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to drive strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand equity, enhance market presence, and generate measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical rigor, manage cross-functional collaborations, and ensure flawless execution of integrated marketing programs across multiple channels.
Key Marketing Execution :
- Partner with the Sales & Marketing leadership to design and implement marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and growth objectives.
- Lead the execution of end-to-end marketing campaignscovering ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential touchpointsto enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify emerging trends to inform brand and campaign strategy.
Brand & Communication Management :
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms, in alignment with corporate brand guidelines.Collaborate with internal creative and design teams to develop compelling content and high-impact marketing collateral.Oversee the creation of marketing materials for product launches, events, and promotional activities, maintaining the highest standards of quality and relevance.Vendor & Partnership Management :
Manage external agencies, production houses, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets, cost efficiency, and brand alignment.Negotiate contracts, evaluate performance, and drive accountability among partners and service providers.Digital Marketing & Content Coordination :
Support content creation for digital channels including social media, email campaigns, and website updates in coordination with the central marketing and design teams.Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize digital outreach and engagement.Budgeting & Performance Tracking :
Oversee marketing budget planning, expense tracking, and vendor payments to ensure fiscal discipline and transparency.Monitor campaign ROI and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing efficiency and impact.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.4-8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign execution, preferably in a fast-paced or B2B / B2C environment.Proven experience in managing ATL / BTL campaigns, agency coordination, and integrated marketing communications.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and emerging marketing technologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational abilities.What We Offer :
