Roles & responsibilities :
- Plan and implement all digital marketing strategies including performance marketing, SEO / SEM, social media, website and display advertising.
- Aggressively drive Lead Generation across all the digital channels with a clear focus on achieving higher Qualified Leads and efficient Cost Per Lead (CPL) to drive Site Visits.
- Strengthen the social media presence through continuous innovation and effective Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Identify and analyse trends and insights to optimize spends and returns.
- Develop and manage monthly Digital Marketing budget.
- Collaborate and coordinate with brand, creative, activations and pre-sales team to ensure complete alignment of business / marketing objectives.
- Provide thought leadership in emerging trends and tools in digital marketing space.
- Lead, guide and manage the Digital Marketing team comprising performance marketeers, SEO managers etc.
Qualifications & skills :
An MBA with specialization in digital marketing and over 10 years of experience in delivering high performance in digital marketing function.Highly analytical with complete understanding of executing effective digital campaigns on Google, Facebook, Taboola etc.Highly experienced in Funnel management and landing page optimization.Strong team management and communication skills.Skills Required
