Requirements :
- Min 3-4+years of experience working as a Performance Marketing Associate or similar role
- Leverage paid channels to drive, website traffic, top funnel, lead velocity and conversions
- Solid and ongoing understanding of appropriate third party tools, and ability to integrate these tools
- Proficiency in Ad Content Creation,
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends / patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the user s journey
- Measure, track and report on performance marketing efforts through structured dashboards
