- Growth : Raised seed round from Sequoia and profitable with over 2,000 US-based brands.

- Team : You’ll work closely with the CEO and sales team to build the foundational partner program from scratch.
- Why now : We’ve built a product that 2,000+ brands love and most of our growth so far has come from inbound and direct sales. Lately, we’ve been getting increasing interest from Shopify agencies and tech partners . We’re seeing clear potential in partner-led growth , and now’s the right time to build this into a repeatable channel. We need someone to own and scale this motion from day one .
About the Role
As a Partnerships Manager at Richpanel, your job is to build and scale our partner program starting with Shopify agencies and tech partners. You’ll be responsible for identifying the right partners, reaching out directly , and guiding them through onboarding and enablement.
You’ll own the full partner journey : from first conversation to signed agreement, to helping them generate referrals that turn into revenue. You’ll also set up the core systems - commission structure, agreements, case studies, and enablement kits to make the program scalable.
This is a high-impact role with full ownership and visibility. We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, proactive, and can turn interest into a high-performing partner channel.
