Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and development of a team of Financial Advisors
- Training, motivating, and guiding Financial Advisors to achieve sales targets within defined timelines
- Providing timely product knowledge and market updates to the team
- Conducting regular training sessions and workshops for better understanding of insurance products and selling techniques
- Driving business generation through the performance of recruited Financial Advisors
- Monitoring advisor performance and ensuring compliance with organizational standards
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations

Candidates from BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG industries with a background in salesStrong communication, leadership, and team management skillsExperience in field sales or team handling roles will be preferredSelf-motivated individuals with the ability to build and manage a high-performing teamSkills Required
