Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for acquiring new agents / financial advisors through market mapping or other sources of recruitment & build strong networking and relationship.
- Responsible for training & development of agents to achieve motor insurance business targets
- Responsible for increase business through new active agents
- Business generation through recruited Financial Advisors.
