We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Sales Manager for our Enterprise Sales team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic relationships with our enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and meet goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.

Skills and Qualifications
15-20 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a managerial role.Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Skills Required
