Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs) :
1. End-to-End Recruitment (Primary KRA)
- Own and drive the full recruitment life cycle across various verticals (Tech, Marketing, Operations, CX, etc.)
- Manage 5-10 active roles simultaneously with aggressive hiring timelines
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities, etc.)
2. Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamicsConduct regular check-ins with leadership for recruitment updates and alignmentEnsure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints3. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
Track recruitment KPIs : TAT, cost per hire, sourcing channel effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratioGenerate weekly / monthly dashboards and insights to inform hiring strategyKey Requirements :
1. 3-5 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in high-growth D2C or E-commerce startups
2. Proven track record of closing mid to senior-level roles across functions
3. Strong understanding of talent landscape and recruitment best practices
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
6. Familiarity with ATS tools (like Zoho Recruit, Lever, etc.)
