Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding)
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
  • Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and headhunting
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the EdTech industry
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and provide regular reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Stay updated with EdTech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market Proven experience (5-8 years) in Talent Acquisition, preferably in EdTech or similar fast-paced industries
  • Strong expertise in hiring for sales, academic counsellors, trainers, operations, and leadership roles
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, job boards, and social media hiring
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking and headhunting capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred
