Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding)
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and headhunting
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the EdTech industry
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and provide regular reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated with EdTech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market Proven experience (5-8 years) in Talent Acquisition, preferably in EdTech or similar fast-paced industries
- Strong expertise in hiring for sales, academic counsellors, trainers, operations, and leadership roles
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems, job boards, and social media hiring
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and headhunting capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred
