Job Description :

  • Were looking for a proactive and client-focused Sales Account Manager with experience handling US clients to join our dynamic team.
  • If you're skilled in nurturing client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across international markets, this role is for you

Role & responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
  • Meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
  • Preferred candidate profile : 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Proven track record in handling US clients or international accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.. Show more Show less
